We have been supplying the Tessi range of roller shutter locks and accessories to The UK & European market since 1983. Shutter manufacturer's and repair shops can choose from our full range of industry standard locking devices. Our range includes pin locks, center locks and high security ground units as well as more specialist items and accessories.

6420 Standard Side Lock (Pair)

Bottom Rail Side Lock. Standard Size 162mm x 61mm. Supplied with 3 Keys. Available in single, keyed differently or in multiples keyed alike.

6440 Ultra Narrow Centre Lock

Bottom Rail Center Lock. Ultra Narrow Size 156mm x 42mm. Supplied with 2 Steel Cross Keys. Available in single, keyed differently or in multiples keyed alike.

Isolator Unit for Pin Locks

Prevent motor burnout from accidental use with the pin lock isolator unit. Accommodating all pin locks with three different adaptors, the isolator unit isolates the power to the motor preventing use while the locks are in place. Can be retro-fitted to existing shutters.

6480 Ground Unit

Ground Unit kit for Roller Shutters. Anchor the curtain to the ground. The most effective locking mechanism available for shutters.

85mm All-weather Padlock

Designed for use with the 6480 Ground Units this hardened steel padlock provided the ultimate in high-security locking. 6 pin with anti drill mechanism. Electro-plated for all-weather endurance. Supplied with 3 keys. Extra cut keys or blanks available.

85mm High Security Dimple Key Padlock

Designed for use with the 6480 Ground Units this hardened steel padlock provideds excellence in high-security locking. Restricted key with dimples and anti drill mechanism. Supplied with 3 keys. Extra blanks available.

Ground Unit for Sectional Doors

Extended reach and 4 hole back plate to allow fixing to Sectional Doors. Works with all standard Padlocks.

6490 Super Ground Unit

The Super Ground Unit does not need a separate padlock. Keyed alike or Keyed differ available.

Key Cutting Service

All our locks can be supplied with multiple cut or blank keys. Please ask at time of purchase.
